Where does Keratosis Pilaris appear on the body?
Kids and adolescents usually get patches of keratosis pilaris on their cheeks, upper arms, or legs, while adults tend to find it on their upper arms, thighs, and butt. There are always exceptions, like an adult with KP on their cheeks, but if you think you have it on your shin or other uncommon areas, have a dermatologist check it out—it might be eczema or another skin condition.
